Designed to help transition a player into the right league or team for the current/upcoming season. This plan will include, but not limited to:

Objective assessment of current on ice hockey ability and realistic expectations. 

In depth discussions of player’s future goals, ability and potential development steps. Set realistic goals with player. 

Connect to teams that meet your athletes goals and specific specific objectives.Acquire tryout invitations to camps and programs that fit players goals. 

This option is for teams looking for players needing exposure; Pre-Draft Camp and/or mid-season to fill Roster Gaps and find Role Players, etc. We would work either directly with the General Manager or the Head Scout to maintain a competitive roster before and during the season.
